what is a PAS test?

Is a Pas test a breat test and if i was assrested after they made me give a breath test but it shows on the police report i was arrested before '' I voluntered a breath test can i use that in court?

Yes, PAS is a field alcohol test. Yes, you can try to use anything you like in court, but you won't get any sympathy claiming 'they lied', and when they gave the test isn't the issue; the results are. Most people hire counsel to represent them in criminal charges instead of trying to face an experienced DA out to convict the them.
