Legal Question in DUI Law in California
When I can I use physical force on someone who is intoxicated to get them out of my house they started to verbally abuse me and my mother and physically abuse my grandfather can I physically force them out after they started to cause harm make any threats

Anytime you use physical force on someone, even if you are legally in the right, you risk being injured or arrested. Drunks can exhibit great strength. Why not call the police and let them handle it.

Mr. Stone is correct.
Better still, don't allow drunks into your house in the first place and don't serve alcohol to people who can't control their drinking.
It sounds like this is a recurring problem. Stop it before it starts.
