prescription dui

I took prescribed medication and was involved in a single-car accident on the streets of los angeles. i was fine when i left, and then it hit me. if i show a prescription, will that soften the blow?

Drug DUIs can be easier to beat than alcohol DUIs because we lawyers get to argue over how much drugs it takes to impair your driving (instead of having an objective standard like point-08). You will need help dealing both with the court and DMV, give a holler!
