With prior felony convictions, can I get my first strike, if found guilty of vc 2800.2?

Evading a peace officer is not a violent felony (a "strike") unless you injure or kill someone, and that would probably be charged as a separate offense. But your luck is going to run out one of these days. Maybe it's time you quit committing felonies.

Prior felony convictions may already be counted as first strike, or second, etc., depending upon those earlier charges.
