statuet of limitations for public work service
so lets say 2 years pass, and i go to court to correct things, will i still be held accountable to do the 10 daysof public service, or will it be no longer applicable to me?

Public service will follow you. Get it taken care of.

Nice try. You will be 'held accountable' for all unfinished terms of probation, plus penalties for your failure to complete them in disregard of the court's orders, either by fines, jail time, or additional work time. An attorney will be able to get a better deal then you. Contact me if serious about handling this right.
