Legal Question in DUI Law in California

i was suppose to complete dui program but to health problems I could not. I have letters from a doctor and now I have warrant what the chances of just getting reinstated.

Anything is possible. Your attorney will use the doctor's report as best he can, but that doesn't mean the court is going to ignore your personal failure to go back to court and ask for more time, before the warrant was issued.
