Legal Question in DUI Law in California
I have a suspended liscence for unpaid traffic tickets. It's about 3200.00 I owe. It has been in collection for sometime now. I will never be able to pay this off. Do I have any options. Or am I left to only deal with the collection agency which is the state tax franchise.

You got it. your time to negotiate with the court is over. Deal with the collection efforts, and try to cut a reduced payoff deal.
