Legal Question in DUI Law in California

Teachers with two dui's

I am a teacher who wase hired for a job, then when my background check was complete, the contract offer was retracted due to my charges. I am not sure where to go from here? What can I do to save my credential and my career?

You must consider expunging the two DUI's. This may clean up your record in a manner that will save your career.

Sorry, but you're suffering the natural consequences of your actions. I don't believe you can get DUI's expunged. Even if you could, you would still have to disclose the convictions and expungements on applications for a licensed or credentialed position such as yours.
