Legal Question in DUI Law in California

ticketed for dui and driving on suspended license

my friend was ticketed for a dui in san francisco on 4/28/06 and then ticketed for driving on a suspended license 5/12/06. he drives a company car and now the car has been impounded. he was told the car cannot be released to him without the owner and a valid drivers license. the car is leased by the company he works for and he does not want his employer to know about the dui and suspension. what can you recommend for this person to do?

I recommend your friend own up to his problems, face them and take the consequences like an adult.
