Will i need to be represented for a first time dui drugs arrest even if i was cited an infraction?

There is no such thing as an infraction 'DUI'. If you have a DUI, driving under the influence, it is at least a misdemeanor. If you mean instead that you were cited for drug possession as an infraction, then the max penalty is fines and no jail, so you could go pro per if you choose.
