Legal Question in Elder Law in California
Can I, as 3rd party, have my two adult brothers evicted from my elderly mother's house? They are terrorizing her, stealing from her, etc. She is too afraid to tell them to go, or they refuse to listen to her. They are 46 & 50. Pay NOTHING towards the house & are both drug/alcohol addicts.
