Legal Question in Elder Law in California
Can a 15 year old girl be with a 20 year old man even though there is nothing physical in the relationship. But is a coach at the girls school.

She can be, but it's not a wise idea to be alone, as there's no protection from accusations later if the relationship sours. It's also very likely that the school's policies and insurance prohibit it as well.

The term statutory rape comes to mind, which is a charge either the girl or parents can make, justly or not. You also violate every rule in the book for educators.
