Contact the Social Services department, the Public Guardian, the police and an attorney if you think you are being defrauded with false charges or abusive care. If the bills are accurate and appropriate for the treatment you get, then your remedy is to deal with your insurance company or Medicare about them. The charges sound outrageously high, yes. If you have family or friends to help you in this, ask them for help in determining the truth. Feel free to have them contact me if it looks like fraud or abuse.
