Legal Question in Elder Law in California
My brother took POA from my mother after she was dianoised with Alzthemers and Demicha. He had her sign a POA had it notarized, but not recorded! He also had her refinance her home and he used the cash out scince he had asses to her bank account. Can someone in this state sign legal documents? What do i need to do to get the POA reversed?

You probably need to file for conservatorship to take over her affairs and try to recover some money from him, but you should also think about reporting him to the police and calling Adult Protective Services to try to stop him as soon as possible.
You need to file for a Conservatorship over her, as a POA can not be signed by her now. The court proceeding will seek recovery of her assets from anyone who misappropriated them. Get a local attorney who does such actions.
