Changing a Will
Can an elder person totally change a will even if she presently has alzheimers?

If someone is pressuring a person with compromised mental capacity to change their will, that could be a case of undue influence. If you want to give me a call, I would happy to discuss the situation with you.

A mentally competent person can change their will anytime. If incompetent, then no. Each situation would have to be reviewed as to the evidence of 'competence' at the time of executing the new will. If this is in SoCal and you need legal help in this, feel free to contact me.
