Legal Question in Elder Law in California
conservator of the estate
we are trying to remove a conservator of the estate for my mother. This professional conservator also has temporary letters as conservator of the person. She is not following the California Conservator Handbook, is limiting our ability to visit and care for our mother. Now she wants to move mom out of town. Can we ask for another? Thank you.

Re: conservator of the estate
Sure, by submitting the request through a motion to the court, justifying the change with evidence sufficient to convince the court to do so. Feel free to contact me if serious about doing so.
