Conservatorship

Need information on obtaining conservatorhip over an 85 year old uncle who is not making sound finiancial decisions for himself.

It requires filing legal action in probate court requesting a court order for control. You'll need evidence of the need, such as a report from a doctor, other family members or friends explaining the inability to care for himself.
