conservertiship
can i get conservertiship over my moms brother? or is this in the hands of her children?

Anybody can ask the court for authority. The decision will be made 'in the best interest' of the person, taking into account all objections and approvals of family. Consult with local counsel if you're serious.

The Court determines whats in the best interests; so, if you are the best person, then you can be selected.
