death of parent yesterday
who should I contact regarding dissolution of property/estate upon death of parent if there is no will? my brother will not share information with me. I need to let someone know I exist and he is trying to keep me a secret.

go search the court filings record for the name of the deceased, in the county where the parent lived, to see if a probate has been filed. Then file a claim notice with the court.
