elder abuse / nursing home abuse

one sm. water in 24 hr. daily meals stolen, not replaced, all equipment non functional, shower pan used for urine, yelling and screaming by staff, never any privacy, etc. etc, etc. gets worse

The patient is being subjected to neglect and abuse that is most certainly actionable. Immediately report the situation to the state regulatory agencies, the Social Services depts, the police, the DA, the AG, and get an attorney to help bring administrative, civil and criminal charges, and to help find a way of getting the patient out of the situation.
