Legal Question in Elder Law in California

elder abuse / nursing home abuse
a 61 yr. old male, fully alert left in full view of 12 female employees while totally naked as bed was being changed and shower given along with gay employees deragotory sick jokes from nursing home employees. estimate a total of 30 minutes per violation exposure, occurred daily over a period of 5 months. this is no joke, for real. thank you

He should file a complaint with the state and should consider filing civil suit. This is unprofessional conduct which should not be tolerated, nor allowed to go unpunished. Feel free to have him or his family or representative contact me if he is serious about taking action.
