Legal Question in Elder Law in California
elder abuse, wrongful death or murder
Where can I find a lawyer who is willing to take a case involving the death of a senior through medical negligence, elder abuse, failure to diagnose, medication errors, delayed referral to specialists. This did not take place in a nursing home. It took place in Southern California. I have already answered various advertising saying that the lawyers do this type of case but all to know avail. I have contacted bar associations, advertising in newspapers, as well as the internet and yellow pages. Do you know of anyone who is willing and able to help?

Re: elder abuse, wrongful death or murder
No problem finding a lawyer if you have evidence to support your claims, and a viable defendant. In order to file such medical malpractice claim, you must first have a doctor prepared to testify there was malpractice. Contact me, I'll be happy to talk to you about what evidence you have vs what you need to win.
