Where can I find a lawyer who is willing to take a case involving the death of a senior through medical negligence, elder abuse, failure of diagnosis, medication errors, delayed referral to specialists.

We would need more information. I know attorneys around the state who handle these type of cases.

It's easy, just show evidence of what you allege. In order to file a medical malpractice lawsuit, you must have a doctor prepared to testify that it was malpractice in his opinion. Have you discussed the situation and the elder's charts with any doctors? If not, that is your first order of business. Feel free to contact me if you are serious about pursuing this. Keep in mind there are time limits for this.
