It's easy, just show evidence of what you allege. In order to file a medical malpractice lawsuit, you must have a doctor prepared to testify that it was malpractice in his opinion. Have you discussed the situation and the elder's charts with any doctors? If not, that is your first order of business. Feel free to contact me if you are serious about pursuing this.
