My elderly sister was misled into signing loan papers (in her name only) for a car that her son took possession of. Does she have any legal recourse?

She can always sue for elder abuse, fraud, etc. Better would be to negotiate with the lender to release her or rescind the contract, or modify the deal, without litigation. Sue if necessary.
