my 85 year old dad was put in a degrating place for trying to commit suicide but he has a long medical history which they don;t know and he needs medical attention around the clock his completely dissable that inhuman and cruel punishmenthow do Iget him out of thare?

By court order as a result of filing legal action. What needs to be filed will depend on who put him there, and where he is, and what the reasons are. You'll have to convince the Court that he belongs elsewhere, and convince the Court to appoint someone as his Guardian or Conservator.
