If there was not prison time or significant jail time, then you may be able to do it. It requires a filing of petition and an hearing. Contact me directly.
Re: espung a felony
Live a squeaky clean life for five years after the end of your parole, and then hire a lawyer to file an application for a certificate of pardon and rehabilitation.
Re: espung a felony
You can seek expungement by filing the appropriate Motion and Application with the sentencing court, IF you and the conviction qualify. No prison time served or sentenced, no other convictions, successful completion of all probation terms. If you think you qualify, feel free to contact me for the legal help you'll need.
