Legal Question in Elder Law in California
financial abuse
if my 88 year old aunt allows me to be an authorixzed user on her credit card accounts and they have my social securtiy number and it is reported to the credit bueru is that considered alder abuse or fininacial fraud? Oh by the way payments are made every month.

It could be either. Pay off the debt to avoid any charges and accusations.

It could be. Is there any wrongful taking here? I can tell you from my vast experience in this area, this is not a very good idea--at all.
