Legal Question in Elder Law in California
Financial Responsibility for Elders
I simply wish to know what children of elderly parents financially or otherwise are legally required to do (particularly in California) for their elderly parents. Must they support them? Must they take them in? etc..

There's no duty I know of, unless the parents are living with the children or have otherwise assumed liability for their care.
