Power of attorney

GRANDPA PASSED 2MNTHS AGO.MY MOM HAS POWER OF ATTORNEY AND WAS TAKING CARE OF MY GRANDPARENTS BILLS.AS SOON AS MY GRANDPA PASSED MY UNCLE CAME IN AND TOOK MY GRANDMA TO HIS HOUSE AND HAS KEPT HER AND CONVINCED HER TO LET HIM TAKE OVER HER FINANCES. HE HAS KICKED MY UNCLE OUT WHO ALSO LIVED WITH MY GRANDPARENTS AND IS GOING TO SELL THE HOUSE AND CLOSED THE ACCOUNT WITH MY MOMS NAME ON WITH MY GRANDPARENTS . HE HAS MY GRANDMA AT HIS HOUSE AND IS MONITORING HER CALLS, mY MOM CANT CALL OR HER OTHER SON. MY GRANDMA HAS DIMENTIA AND MY UNCLE IS TELLING MY GRANDMA LIES SO HE CAN GET THEIR ASSESTS.THIS HAS BEEN THE LONGEST WE HAVE NOT SEEN MY GRANDMA. MY COUSIN SAW MY GRANDMA AT HER HOUSE,SHE WAS WAITING IN THE CAR WHILE MY UNCLE WAS IN HER HOUSE PROBABLY MAKING SURE MY OTHER UNCLE INDEED MOVED OUT,WHEN MY COUSIN APPROACHED HER SHE STARTED CRYING SAID SHE MISSED EVERYONE,A AND AS SON AS MY UNCLE SAW HER TALKING TO THE COUSIN HE RAN OUT AND STARTED GETTING DEFENSIVE AND NOT LETTING MY GRANDMA TALK SAYING SHE IS WITH HIM BECAUSE HE IS THE ONLY ONE WHO CARES, HE HAS NEVER BEEN AROUND UNITL NOW. EVEN AT MY GRANDPAS FUNERAL HE ACTED LIKE A JERK.I THINK MY GRANDMA IS BEING HELD AGAINST HER OWN WILL.SHE IS ALSO BLIND.HOW CAN WE GET HER HOME,

Re: Power of attorney

Your remedy is for someone in her family to file for a Conservatorship of her. Convince the court that she is being taken advantage of, and the court will protect her through its orders. Contact me if interested in doing so.
