Legal Question in Elder Law in California
Guardian/Conservator
If someone who is a guardian and conservator being abusive over an elderly person's life, can't someone call an ''Elder Abuse'' hotline and turn her in and that's the end? Happy 4th....let freedom ring!!

Yeah, sure. Just call the hotline and they will swoop in and save the day, just like on TV. If you believe that, you are watching too much TV. There is an elder abuse hotline, and you can call them, but I wouldn't expect very much.
