deciding too sue a hospital for stage 4 bedsores and being discharged without the use of my legs forever. i was fully ambulatory before admission. what are my chances...

Zero, unless you have a medical expert testify that there was malpractice/negligence. You can't even file suit unless and until you have such testimony lined up. Neither your opinion, nor mine, is of any value in court.
