Re: lawsuits
"Length"? Whatever 'length' it takes to properly state and support the cause[s] of action. Most people choose to hire counsel to pursue lawsuits, because attorneys know how to practice law and handle cases without screwing them up from ignorance of the rules of court, evidence, civil procedure and practice. If you sue 'pro per' you are held to the same standards of practice as an attorney, and the courts can and will not give you any guidance or advice, so you'd better know what you're doing. If you've got a valid case you'll be able to find counsel willing to take the case; if not, then you shouldn't be pursuing it. Feel free to contact me if you get serious about getting the legal help you'll need.
