From a legal stand point what happens to the benefiuaries if they take monthly or annualy withdraws from the familytrust account while the grantor is living?

IF you are saying they are improperly taking money in violation of the trust provisions, without the approval of the trustor/grantor or trustee, that they are stealing, then civil and criminal action could be taken.
