Legal Question in Elder Law in California

Ill mother

Recently I went to visit my mother in assisted living home and found out she was not there ,she is now in a hospital on respirator and I come to find out a family member is DPOA. I believe this was done while she was already in stages of Alsziemers. Can this be overturned?

Re: Ill mother

Yes. It would depend on the specific facts, but if for example she was incapacitated when they did it, it may be able to be overturned.

Please feel free to contact me for a free initial consultation.
