If a resident on tube feedings died of aspiration pneumonia, ow easy or difficult would it be to prove?

It is not a lawyer you have to ask, but a doctor that is expert in that area. Such opinion is necessary before you can file a malpractice case. IF you get a doctor to confirm that is what happened, and confirm that it was caused by negligent care, then contact me to discuss the legal remedies available.
