nursing homes

once a nursing home abuse case has been filed what comes next.

is there a time frame for general satisfaction.

do these nursing homes begin too take these lawsuits seriously.

If by 'case filed' you mean a lawsuit filed and served on them, then all the normal procedures leading through motions, discovery and trial [or settlement negotiations] have to be done. If you mean a complaint to some state agency, there is no predicting what if anything will happen. If you have a case with merit and value, you should get legal counsel to handle it correctly. Feel free to contact me if interested in doing so, if the case is in SoCal courts. There are time limits on filing suit, don't blow them.
