Re: nursing homes

If you believe this is elder abuse/neglect or medical malpractice, as it sounds, you should complain to the state agency, and consider filing civil suit. Suit will require you have a doctor that agrees it is abuse and malpractice. Therefore, get a doctor to come examine you. Feel free to contact me if serious about pursuing this.

Get to a doctor. Now! If you have one, then get a second opinion. If they deny your requests for medical care, contact an attorney.

Contact the Department of Health, Licensing and Certification division and make a complaint.

Depending on location, you should probably have never obtained them in a Nursing Home.

Re: nursing homes

This sounds like obvious abuse/neglect which should be reported to the state and a lawsuit filed. Please feel free to contact me via email at [email protected] or visit the "Nursing Home & Elder Abuse Law Center" online at www [dot]NoElderAbuse [dot] com for more information.
