Legal Question in Elder Law in California
We have a POA and a trust document for our father. We have one brother in the home and we want him removed. He has verbally, physically and finacially abused our father. Can we get the Orange County Sheriff Dept(CA)to make him leave?

Yes, but generally only with a restraining order against him issued by the court. If police were called to the home and observed the violence and elder abuse, they could arrest him on those crimes. If serious about hiring counsel to help in this, feel free to contact me.
