power of attorney
How would I go about getting a power of attorney revearsed!My brother has power of attorney over my mother, and he is misusing her money and not caring for her in the maner he should. She lives with him half of the time and with me half of the time.

Canceling a power of attorney is up to the mother. If you believe she is incapable of protecting herself, you could seek guardianship or conservatorship over her, if you think you can convince a judge it is in her best interests. If serious about doing so, consult with an attorney.
