can I recieve my unemployment insurence from California after moving to Washington?

Sure. Just apply to the Washington unemployment office and they will take care of it. You might miss a couple of payments while your file is transferred, but they will eventually catch up and you will receive the missed payments all at once.

Nope. You have to apply in that state for continuation of benefits or a new case, under their rules and their payment amounts.
