if medical records show a patient was under HEAVY sedation of drugs at the exact time a release of court/jury trial was signed is it binding. the signature of patient was a straight scribbled wiggling line, unreadable..

You might be able to set it aside. Until you do that, it is binding.

Same answer as earlier, it depends upon the facts, and it doesn't matter until there is a legal claim to be made.
