Successor trustee fee
Being the successor trustee and conservator of person and estate is taking a trustee fee of 2.8% of total assets annually to much. The estate is worth $850k.I take no conservator fee.I take $2,000 per month as trustee.

You better not be taking anything without a specific court order to do so, after filing your accounting. Consult counsel before you get into trouble with the court.
