Legal Question in Family Law in California

15 1/2 year old+new+blended+family+rights

girl has a very limited life. Parents

work 100+miles away. Leave at 5P.M- return 8P.M. Other kids 17,15 and 8. 8 year old beats girls up and mother won't discipline.

15 1/2 year's father recently reentered her life at 13 years old,

Father wants to get temporary custody in CT and have grandparents stand in in Ca.until he can get here rather than girl go to foster care. Mother is opposed, only wanting a Brady Bunch. She will not discipline 8 yearold who has major behavioral issues. Been suspended from grade school bus. Mother is pregnant. Family

blended less than one year.

What are the girl's rights by California Law?

It depends a lot on the girl...if she wants to live with the father in CT or grandparents in CA..with proper documentation...the court should grant

the motion.
