Legal Question in Family Law in California

am I allowed to let my wife's supervisor know that she is having an affair with a volunteer? and that I am serving her with domestic violence papers. she works at a women's violence prevention center at the university she works at, where dating co workers is not allowed.

While the truth is a defense to slander, your proposed course of action could make things worse rather than better. If she loses her job through your actions, and you are divorcing, she will not be able to support herself or you. If you have a job, this will increase the amount of support you will be paying her. Divorces are miserable enough as it is, without adding fuel to the fire.
