Legal Question in Family Law in California

I was appointed Temp. Guardianship of my grandson yet wasn't given any legal paper work such as order appointing temp. guardianship, etc. When am i suppose to receive them?? Were they suppose to give them to me at court?

If you did not receive a copy of the order at the hearing, the Judge usually tells you to pick up a copy later that afternoon. In any event, go to the court and get a copy as one will not be mailed to you.
