Legal Question in Family Law in California

Can I charge her with

I have full sole/legal custody of my 17 year old daughter-- My husband and i have been legally seperated for over 3 years and last year when we sold the house and I move to another city 50 miles away(my 3 younger children came with me) My oldest daughter wanted to stay and live with her dad so that she could graduate with her firneds. I allowed her to stay but i just found out that my ex moved out of his apartment and moved into a tiny little 1 bedroom trailer in the backyard of my daughter's boyfriends house--I am so furious --I understand she basically is living with her boyfriend now--Ive gone to the house several times(Its a good 3 hour drive up and back) but nobody will answere the door and Ive called so many times I cant even begin to know how many times--The boyfriends Mother seems to think that its alright to ignore my calls and not answere the door and meanwhile is alowwing my daughter to sleep in the same bed as her son--they are 17 years old--what can i do? I have the court order to prove that I HAVE CUSTODY OF HER--CANT i CHARGE HIS MOM WIOTH CONTRIBUTING TO THE DELENQUNCY OF A MINOR?
