Child custody

My ex and i have a court order stipulation in effect. In that stipulation the greatgrandmother is to watch my children while i work.

My ex kicked his grandmother out of the house. My ex has his new girlfriend watching my children . I do not know this girl, Do I have a case that will be supported in court? My ex has also elicited verbal, mental and pphysical abuse to his mother, his grandmother and his girlfriend. What necessary steps should I take to adrees this situation

If he is abusing his girlfriend, mother and grandmother, why have you not taken steps to remove your children from this home. Are the abused persons willing to testify to the police and in court.
