Legal Question in Family Law in California

if the child support reads that i have to pay until my children are 18 and then the sum is listed for each child and there is also an order stating that I need to pay $50 for the childrens education needs each month, if when one child turns 18 and I no longer pay for that child and am only paying for 1 child may i only then pay $25 for the child's education needs each month?

What you have is an ambiguity in the order. I would say yours is a reasonable interpretation, but if you want to be safe I suggest you see if the other parent will agree before you stop paying the full $50. Otherwise you may wind up in court.
