child support

Can I have support terminated due to the fact that the removed child was done so due to the fact the child was a danger to the family and was removed due to a 5150. Local mental health has proof that the child has stated that the child wants to kill entire family.

No, you continue to be responsible for the child until the child reaches age 18 and is out of high school or age 19 if still enrolled in high school.
