Legal Question in Family Law in California
if my child's mother filed legal paperwork that's full of lies and contradicts a police report I filed regarding a specific night in question, yet the judge has asked that I return my daughter immediately do I have to? Also, I have legal temerary custody of my daughter as of the night in question until our court date in santa clara county where I reside. what court order do I follow? especially since I feel my daughter in unsafe with her mother in Fairfield, CA.

You have to do whatever the judge orders you to do. If you feel your daughter is in an unsafe situation in Fairfield you may report the situation to CPS in Fairfield.
You need to consult, in person, with an attorney who can review what appears, from the scant information provided, to be conflicting orders from different counties.
